About physiotherapy

Dental Physiotherapy
Does your temporomandibular joint twitch or click when opening? Do you have difficulty opening your mouth as much as possible in the dental chair? Or do you experience chronic headaches, cervical spine discomfort or bruxism?
High tension in the craniomandibular region can lead to chronic headaches, spinal stiffness, more rapid tooth wear and reduced oral mobility.
Dental physiotherapy is a great choice during orthodontic treatment, during which, muscle tension will begin to increase.
Do you have a suspicion that these problems may also affect you? Minimise the negative effects and make use of the services of "Dental Physiotherapy".

Orthopaedic physiotherapy
Are you struggling with back pain? Do you have knee, ankle or shoulder problems? Lack of physical activity and a sedentary lifestyle are the bane of our time. Underestimating problems can increase their severity or cause ailments in other parts of the body.
Or have you had surgery on your knee or shoulder? The effectiveness of your surgical treatment depends on how quickly physiotherapy is introduced both before and after surgery. Lack of physiotherapy can increase the risk of complications and the need for another operation, prolonging recovery time!
If pain, discomfort or stiffness occurs on a daily basis, don't mask the pain. Solve the problem - make an appointment.

About me
I am involved in dental and orthopaedic physiotherapy. I am both a physiotherapist and an osteopath. I gained my knowledge at the Academy of Osteopathy, which belongs to the international organisation OSEAN.
I have been helping my patients to get rid of their pain for 8 years, and I have a lot of experience - I carry out about 2100 visits a year! I am in constant contact with specialists from different fields. This collaboration allows me to manage my Patients as a team.
Choose to visit me if:
- You suffer from bruxism
- Your jaw clicks, twitch
- or you need a Dental Physiotherapist
- You struggle with chronic headaches or spinal stiffness
- Are you after orthopaedic surgery?
- Do you have a shoulder problem?
- Are you suffering from acute or chronic pain?
In my work, I focus on identifying the source of the ailment, not just alleviating the symptoms. After your first visit, you will know how you can help yourself. Remember, "There are a thousand diseases, but only one health". It is worth taking care of it. I also provide consultations in English.
